More Than Daily Tasks.

When people hear the words "Online Training", they often imagine a few messages, a handful of instructions and perhaps the occasional photo sent back and forth.
My training includes more than daily tasks.
My approach to training is quite different to the popular misconception.
I asked one of my online submissives to keep a daily diary throughout the first week of their training. It was not written for entertainmant, nor was it written to impress me. It was a task for the week. I wanted an honest account of how my training was affecting them from one day to the next.
Reading it at the end of the week was quite facinating.
The week began with anticipation.
"Excited beyond belief that I will finally be owned and claimed as the propeprty of Madame Lockwood."
There was clear excitment, but there was also uncertainty. Of course I had tasks planned and a new routine was about to begin, but the reality was neither of us knew exactly how the week would unfold.
By the second day, something else had become apparent. The diary wasn't simply describing completed tasks, it was documenting a change in mindset.
"We have agreed that honesty, respect and full communication are fundamental to devlop and enhance my learning and obedience."
That sentence stood out to me far more than any individual instruction.
Online training is not about filling every hour of the day with tasks. It is about building habits, consistency and commincation. The tasks themselves are simply the tools I use to achieve that.
As the week progessed, the diary began to show something I often look for during training: Routine replacing novelty.
There was less focus on the excitment of something new and more focus on completing my instructions properly, practising skills repeatedly and accepting that progress comes through consistency rather than perfection.
One particular entry caught my attention:
"A busy day workwise......the constant reminder of who is in charge as I go on with my day."
That to me, demonstrated that the dynamic wasn't limited to the few minutes we spent communicating, it had become part of everyday thinking and decision-making.
Another entry reflected something equally important.
"Nothing is a chore, no task is a problem or an issue."
That is not someting that can be demanded. It develops gradually through trust, comminication and repititon.
Perhaps the most revealing part of the diary came right at the end.
After several days of successfully following my instructions, there was a mistake made.
Life happened and an agreed time was not met. The reason wasn't excusses or blame, instead the diary simply read;
"I have let Madame down........... This is my first failure under Madame's wing and I await what discilinary action will take place."
Oddly enough, that became one of the most valuable moments of the entire week. Not because a mistake had been made, but because it demonstrated honesty and accountability.
Nobody follows instructions perfectly forever. What really matters is how someone responds when they don't. This is where the real learning begins.
Reading the diary as a whole, what stayed with me wasn't the individual tasks I had provided, were completed. It was the gradual shift in attitude, the growing consistency and the understanding that online training is about much more than simply being told what to do and when.
A personal diary cannot lie.
It captures thoughts in the moment, small victories, frustrations, confidence and uncertainty. As a Dominatrix, it gives me an insight I would never gain from a photograph or a quick message stating "Task complete Madame."
For me, the diary was one of the most valuable training tools of the week. It reminded me that genuine submission isn't measured by a single task or a single day.
It is measured by honesty, communication, consistency and the willingnes to keep learning, even when things do not go exatly to plan.
My final thoughts:
I am actually very proud of "Jasmine" and how far she has progessed in just one week.
Not because every task was completed to the best of her ability, or because there was only one mistake, but becuase the trust grew stronger with each day. That is something that can't be forced. My online training has never been about sending random tasks its about building confidence, communication and consitency over time. Every submissive is different, which is why every training journey is different too.
Will Jasmines training continue?
That remains private. What is not private is what reading this dairy reminded of. Watching a person grow, challenge themselves and gradually become the person they want to be is every bit as rewarding for me as it is for them.
