Why I say little about On-line training publicly:

On-line training, like in-person sessions is based upon -

• Application

• Communication

• Approval

• Honesty

The difference is that during in-person sessions I can observe behaviour immediately and maintain direct control over the environment.

On-line dynamics require a different level of responsibility from both sides.

What on-line training actually means to me:

Some believe on-line training consists of only humiliating tasks, casual messaging or occasional instructions.

For some dynamics, perhaps this works and is enough.

Not in my world.

Previous experiences may shape you, but they do not define the standard expected within my dynamics.
